An adhesive composition is described having an amine-modified, low acid ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer with a melt flow index (MI) of 1.5 or less. Preferably, the acid copolymer has an acid content between 2 and 5wt% and an amine content between 0.05 and 0.5 wt%. The adhesive is useful for bonding with an aliphatic polyketone copolymer such as an ethylene-carbon monoxide copolymer.

Cette invention concerne une composition adhésive renfermant un copolymère d'acide méthacrylique et d'éthylène de faible acidité, modifié par une amine, dont l'indice de fluidité (MI) est de 1,5 ou moins. Le copolymère acide a, de préférence, une teneur en acide comprise entre 2 et 5 % en poids et une teneur en amine comprise entre 0,05 et 0,5 % en poids. Cette composition adhésive convient bien pour le collage avec un copolymère de polycétone aliphatique tel qu'un copolymère d'éthylène-monoxyde de carbone.
