Abstract A useful device for conditioning fluids in pipes. The invention consists of two or more sets of ceramic magnets aligned with the longitudinal centerline of the pipe (with the fluid flow) and the ceramic magnets are located above and below the pipe with north or south points facing in the same direction across from each other (diagram) above and below the pipe centerline. The size of the ceramic magnets will vary depending on the width of the pipes to which the magnets are glued, plated, or clamped. Generally, the magnets do not exceed the width of the pipe but the length is variable depending on the strength of the field required for effective fluid conditioning/treatment.
