The invention relates to a mandrel (10) having a body (16; 22) and a radially expandable annular sealing element (18) comprising a centring arrangement (46) and a closing arrangement (44) which can be radially deployed in a contracted configuration or a dilated configuration. Said mandrel also comprises an anchoring element (20) at a longitudinal distance from the sealing element which can be radially expanded such that it switches between a retracted state and a deployed state. The mandrel (10) comprises sequencing means (24) that can be used to radially deploy the closing arrangement (44) after the anchoring element (20) and the centring arrangement (46). In an at least partially deployed configuration, the centring arrangement (46) defines at least one axial passage (64) extending through the annular sealing element (18). The closing arrangement (44) closes the or each axial passage (64) during its deployment.
Ce mandrin (10) comprend un corps (16; 22) et un élément annulaire (18) d'étanchéité expansible radialement qui comporte un ensemble de centrage (46) et un ensemble d'obturation (44) déployables radialement entre une configuration contractée et une configuration dilatée. Il comprend en outre un élément d'ancrage (20), espacé longitudinalement de l'élément d'étanchéité (18), expansible radialement entre un état rétracté et un état déployé. Le mandrin (10) comporte des moyens (24) de séquençage aptes à déployer radialement l'ensemble d'obturation (44) après l'élément d'ancrage (20) et l'ensemble de centrage (46). Dans une configuration au moins partiellement déployée, l'ensemble de centrage (46) définit au moins un passage axial (64) s'étendant à travers l'élément annulaire (18) d'étanchéité. L'ensemble d'obturation (44) obture le ou chaque passage axial (64) lors de son déploiement.
