The Manual Flexible Toilet Seat Lifter is invented to provide a means of lifting toilets seats without touching the toilet seat. The Manual Flexible Toilet Seat Lifter provides users the alternative of not touching any part of the toilet seat and therefore safeguarding them from touching germs and bacteria on the toilet seat. It solves the problem of males urinating on the toilet seat when they urinate standing, by providing a simple effortless pull-up of the seat through a chain. A flat plate attached to the underside of the toilet seat protrudes to the side and the protruding end has an eyebolt fastened on it. A chain is hooked unto the eyebolt for lifting the seat. A hook is locate and adhered to the toilet bowl tank or wall for hanging the chain in any position of the toilet seat.
