Disclosed is a manual packing device for cigarette tubes, in particular cigarette filter tubes, with a tobacco packing chamber extending along the length of the tube and formed by a housing (12) mounted in a bottom section (14), a packing rod (16) on a cover (18) which covers the housing (12) and is hinged thereto, an expelling slider (22) for expelling a strand of tobacco from the tobacco packing chamber into a cigarette (filter) tube via an aperture (24) in the housing (12), a clamping device (59) which clamps the cigarette (filter) tube securely on a tubular connection piece (50) at an outlet of the tobacco packing chamber, and a catch, snap-in or other similar device (60) for detachably connecting the housing (12) and cover (18). In order to adapt the filling length of the tobacco packing chamber, a displaceable stop element (84) is allocated to the expelling slider (22) and used to adjust the tobacco filling position of the expelling slider (22) and match it to the desired filling length of the tobacco packing chamber.
L'invention concerne un dispositif manuel pour remplir des tubes de cigarettes, notamment les tubes de cigarettes-filtres, comportant une chambre de compactage du tabac située dans l'axe longitudinal du dispositif. Cette chambre est formée par un boîtier (12) disposé dans une base (14), une barre de compactage (16) fixée sur le couvercle (18) recouvrant le boîtier (12) et articulée au boîtier (12), un éjecteur (22) servant à éjecter de la chambre de compactage du tabac une barre de tabac compactée dans cette dernière par un orifice (24) pratiqué dans le boîtier (12) et à l'introduire dans un tube de cigarette(-filtre). Le dispositif comprend également un dispositif de serrage (59) qui serre les tubes de cigarettes(-filtres) sur un support tubulaire (50) disposé à la sortie de la chambre de compactage du tabac, et un dispositif à crans ou à clips (60) ou équivalent pour assurer une liaison détachable du boîtier (12) et du couvercle (18). Pour adapter la longueur de remplissage de la chambre de compactage du tabac, l'éjecteur (22) est doté d'une butée (84) mobile qui permet de modifier la position de remplissage de tabac de l'éjecteur (22) en l'adaptant à la longueur de remplissage souhaitée de la chambre de compactage du tabac.
