PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION L'invention se rapporte aux techniques de formation de fibres comprenant un étirage centrifuge combiné avec un courant gazeux chaud engendré par un brûleur. Selon l'invention, le brûleur émet une nappe continue longeant le centrifugeur. Cette nappe est engendrée de façon que son écoulement se présente à l'origine sous la forme d'un hyperboloïde. Cet écoulement est obtenu en alimentant le brûleur au moyen de conduits d'alimentation inclinés par rapport à l'axe du brûleur.
