ABREGE DESCRIPTIF L'invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication d'une couche de revêtement en polyuréthane thermodurcissable ayant des propriétés d'autocicatrisation. Selon l'invention, le composant isocyanate est essen- tiellement un diisocyanate ou un mélange de diisocyanates sous forme de monomères, aptes à former un trimère d'isocyanate par une réaction de trimérisation en présence d'un catalyseur spécifique, le mélange réactionnel du diisocyanate et du composant polyol, contenant un cata- lyseur de trimérisation, est déposé par coulée ou pulvéri- sation sur le support de formation de la couche, et on ef- fectue la réaction de trimérisation sur ledit support, ainsi que la polymérisation de la couche de polyuréthane par action de la chaleur. La couche de revêtement est utilisée dans les vitrages de sécurité.
