A mechanical resonator device (10) which has a phenomena-dependent electrical stiffness is provided. The phenomena may be temperature or acceleration, for example. The device includes a substrate (16) and a resonator (14) supported above the substrate by supports. The device further includes an electrode (12) supported above the substrate (16) adjacent the resonator by supports (18) to obtain an electrode-to-resonator gap wherein electrical stiffness generated across the gap is phenomena-dependent to take instability of resonant frequency of the device caused by the phenomena into consideration.
L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) à résonateur mécanique qui présente une rigidité électrique dépendant de certains phénomènes. Ces phénomènes peuvent être par exemple la température ou l'accélération. Ce dispositif comprend un substrat (16) et un résonateur (14) fixé au dessus du substrat par des supports. Il comprend en outre une électrode (12) montée par des supports au dessus du substrat (16) à proximité du résonateur de manière à former espace électrode-résonateur. La rigidité électrique générée dans cet espace électrode-résonateur est dépendante de phénomènes particuliers, ce qui permet la prise en considération de l'instabilité de la fréquence de résonance causée par ces phénomènes.
