A method of determining a triage disposition for a person includes providing a plurality of triage categories that includes questions grouped into a plurality of tiers ranked according to urgency. Each of the plurality of tiers corresponds to one of a set of triage dispositions. At least a first relevant triage category and a second relevant triage category can be selected from the plurality of triage categories based on information about a medical condition of the person and then accessed. The person can be triaged by (a) identifying from all of the selected relevant triage categories a highest urgency tier that has at least one unasked question; (b) asking the person one of the at least one unasked question of the highest urgency tier; and (c) repeating (a) and (b) for all of the selected triage categories until the triage disposition is determined.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour déterminer la disposition de triage pour une personne comprenant la production d'une pluralité de catégories de triage qui comprennent des questions groupées en une pluralité de divisions rangées selon leur caractère urgent. Chaque division correspond à une des dispositions de triage de l'ensemble. Au moins une première catégorie de triage valable et une seconde catégorie valable peuvent être sélectionnées à partir de la pluralité des catégories de triage sur la base d'informations concernant un état médical de la personne, puis l'accès est autorisé. La personne qui peut être sélectionnée par (a) une identification à partir de toutes les catégories de triage valables sélectionnées d'une division à caractère très urgent qui présente au moins une question non posée ; (b) une demande à la personne sur une des questions non mentionnées de la division à caractère très urgent ; et (c) répétition des étapes (a) et (b) pour toutes les catégories de triage sélectionnées, jusqu'à ce que la disposition de triage soit déterminée.
