ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A polyester filament in which a polyether-polyester block copolymer 18 dispersed ?s fine striae, at least one of which striae is substantially endless along the filament axis. Process for preparing the same includes a melt spinning apparatus with static mixing elements interposed between sep- arate molten polymer feed passageways and spinneret holes. These filaments exhibit improved antistatic properties.
