A method and apparatus for completing a lateral channel from an existing oil or has well includes a well perforating tool for perforating a well casing at a preselected depth, and a lateral alignment tool for directing a flexible hose and blaster nozzle through a previously made perforation in the casing to complete the lateral channel. The disclosed apparatus eliminates the need to maintain the precise alignment of a downhole "shoe" in order to direct the flexible hose and faster nozzle through a previously made perforation through the well casing.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil permettant de percer un canal latéral à partir d'un puits de pétrole ou de gaz existant. Ledit appareil comprend un outil de perforation de puits destiné à percer un revêtement de puits au niveau d'une profondeur présélectionnée, et un outil d'alignement latéral permettant de diriger un tube souple et une tuyère à travers un percement effectué antérieurement dans le revêtement afin de percer un canal latéral. Cet appareil évite de maintenir un alignement de sabot de fond de puits afin de diriger le tube souple et la tuyère à travers un percement effectué antérieurement dans ledit revêtement de puits.
