Method for forming a honeycomb-shaped core, which is suitable for being included in a honeycomb panel for example, wherein webs or plates of deformable material, in particular cellulose material such as, for example, paper or cardboard, are provided with continuously or otherwise extending glue strips which for every two plates to be mounted onto each another, said plates possibly originating from webs, are disposed in a laterally regularly mutually staggered manner on faces thereof having the same orientation and wherein the plates are pressed onto each other in order to allow them to adher to each other locally, in which the glue strips are applied with the help of glue spout nozzles.
Procédé de formation d'une âme en nid d'abeilles utilisable, par exemple, dans un panneau en nid d'abeilles, dans lequel des bandes ou plaques de matériau déformable et notamment de matériau cellulosique, par exemple du papier ou du carton, sont pourvues de bandes de colle continues ou non qui, pour chaque paire de plaques à superposer, ces plaques étant éventuellement obtenues à partir de bandes, sont disposées de manière décalée latéralement et régulièrement les unes par rapport aux autres, sur les faces des plaques ayant la même orientation, et lesdites plaques sont serrées l'une contre l'autre afin de leur permettre de se coller localement l'une à l'autre. Les bandes de colle sont appliquées à l'aide d'embouts distributeurs de colle.
