A set of semi-finished industrial products for preparing ice-cream to be offered to the public in at sight containers, said semi-finished products being packaged in packaging unit means (10, 12, 14, 16, 18) that comprises only amounts of said semi-finished products such as to allow preparing of the amount of ice-cream that can be contained in one or more of said containers; an apparatus for preparing ice-cream comprises container means for mixing semi- finished industrial products for preparing of ice-cream and obtain a fluid mixture, and blender means (42) for blending said fluid mixture and obtain ice- cream, and not comprising weighing means for weighing said mixture nor pasteurizing means for pasteurizing said mixture.
L'invention concerne une série de produits industriels semi-finis permettant la préparation de crème glacée destinée à être présentée au public dans des récipients de présentation. Ces produits semi-finis sont conditionnés dans des emballages (10, 12, 14, 16, 18) unitaires qui contiennent uniquement les quantités de produits semi-finis nécessaires à la préparation d'une la quantité de crème glacée pouvant être contenue dans un ou plusieurs de ces récipients. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de préparation de crème glacée comprenant un réceptacle, et qui permet de mélanger les produits industriels semi-finis servant à la préparation de la crème glacée de manière à obtenir un mélange fluide, ainsi que des moyens (42) de mixage permettant de mixer ce mélange fluide afin de produire de la crème glacée. Ce dispositif ne comprend ni moyens de pesage pour peser ce mélange, ni moyens de pasteurisation permettant de pasteuriser le mélange.
