The invention relates to the development of a system for delivering vaccines cutaneously. The invention relates more particularly to the use of a device comprising a condensation compartment for epicutaneous immunisation. The invention also relates to epicutaneous immunisation protocols for obtaining an effective immune response without treatment of the skin. The invention can be used in any mammal, preferably in human beings, for inducing a therapeutic or preventive immune response against any type of antigen.

L'invention concerne le développement d'un système de délivrance de vaccins par voie cutanée. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement l'utilisation d'un dispositif comportant un compartiment de condensation pour la vaccination epicutanée. L'invention concerne aussi des protocoles de vaccination epicutanée, permettant l'obtention d'une réponse immune efficace sans traitement de la peau. L'invention peut être mise en oeuvre chez tout mammifère, de préférence chez l'être humain, pour l'induction d'une réponse immune thérapeutique ou préventive contre tout type d'antigène.
