The invention relates to a method for producing a bond of a first component (2) and of a second component (3) by means of a connecting mass (4), in particular with regard to large-area aircraft components of cylindrical or spherical contour, with the following method steps: (Sl) connection of the components (2, 3) by means of the connecting mass (4) ; (S2) application of a heating element (6) to the first component (2) ; and (S3) curing of the connecting mass (4) by heating by means of the heating element (6) to produce the bond of the components (2, 3), wherein, during the curing of the connecting mass (4), a force is applied to the heating element (6) and the components (2, 3) by means of a first covering element (8) in the form of a vacuum film by the evacuation of a first cavity (12) in which the components (2, 3) and the heating element (6) applied to them are arranged, and to a corresponding device (1).

L~invention concerne un procédé de soudage d~un premier composant (2) et d~une deuxième composant (3) au moyen d~une masse de liaison (4), notamment pour des composants d~aéronef de grande superficie présentant un contour cylindrique ou sphérique, ledit procédé comportant les étapes consistant à : (Sl) unir les composants (2, 3) au moyen de la masse de liaison (4) ; (S2) appliquer un élément chauffant (6) sur le premier composant (2) ; et (S3) faire durcir la masse de liaison (4) par chauffage au moyen de l~élément chauffant (6) pour souder les composants (2, 3). Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que, lors de l~étape consistant à faire durcir la masse de liaison (4), une force est appliquée sur l~élément chauffant (6) et les composants (2, 3) au moyen d~un premier élément de revêtement (8) sous la forme d~un film sous vide en faisant le vide dans une première cavité (12) dans laquelle sont disposés les composants (2, 3) sur lesquels est appliqué l~élément chauffant (6), et sur un dispositif correspondant (1).
