The invention relates to a method and equipment with which an organic solution extraction solution is purified from entrainment of aqueous solution and impurities during hydrometallurgical liquid-liquid extraction. The method treats an organic extraction solution, which is loaded with a valuable metal or valuable substance from the aqueous solution. The extraction solution is scrubbed with an acidic aqueous solution. The acidic solution is discharged into the tank in several separate sub-streams. The flow diverts from horizontal to vertical and the direction of the separated solutions is deflected by means of picker fences (13, 14). The organic solution and the aqueous solution are removed in separate sub-streams. A settler comprises several discharge elements (12) for organic solution and suction elements (16, 24) for removing organic solution and aqueous solution respectively.
La présente invention concerne un procédé et une installation au moyen desquels une solution d'extraction de solution organique est purifiée et débarrassée de l'entraînement aqueux et des impuretés pendant l'extraction hydrométallurgique en deux phases liquides. Le procédé permet de traiter une solution d'extraction organique, qui est chargée d'un métal intéressant ou d'une substance intéressante provenant de la solution aqueuse. La solution d'extraction est lavée avec une solution aqueuse acide. La solution acide est déversée dans la cuve en plusieurs sous-écoulements séparés. L'écoulement est dévié de l'horizontale à la verticale et la direction des solutions séparées est déviée par des herses (13, 14). La solution organique et la solution aqueuse sont évacuées sous forme de sous-écoulements séparés. Une cuve de décantation comprend plusieurs éléments (12) de sortie pour la solution organique et des éléments d'aspiration (16, 24) pour évacuer respectivement la solution organique et la solution aqueuse.
