A method of solubilizing protein including adding an alkali, such as lime, and heating to produce a reaction liquid then separating solids from the reaction liquid followed by neutralizing the reaction liquid to produce a neutralized liquid. The method then includes concentrating the neutralized liquid and returning water to the reaction. The disclosure also includes systems for conducting such a method.
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour solubiliser une protéine. Ce procédé consiste à ajouter un alcali, tel que de la chaux, et à chauffer afin de produire un liquide de réaction, puis à séparer les solides du liquide de réaction et enfin à neutraliser le liquide de réaction afin de produire un liquide neutralisé.
