The present publication discloses a method for controlling the deflection and/or position of a deflection-compensated doctor blade support beam relative to web such as a paper or paper-board web. The invention is based on dividing the movement range of the doctor blade support beam, that is, the spatial range within which the reference point of the support beam can be moved with the help of the compensation elements, into radial control sectors so that the working directions of the compensation elements essentially form the interface limits of the radial control sectors. When it is desired to move the support beam, a set point is selected toward which the reference point of the support beam should move. After the position of the set point is established, the specific control sector is determined within which the set point is located and the thus identified control sector is selected as the active control sector. For the control operation are selected those two compensation elements whose working directions are essentially parallel to the limit vectors of the active control sector. The control of the deflection and/or position of the doctor blade support beam is performed through employing these two compensation elements for adjusting the deflection and/or position of the doctor beam so that one of the compensation elements is used for controlling the deflection and/or position of the support beam in the x-axis direction of the coordinate system, while the other compensation element is used for controlling the deflection and/or position of the support beam in the y-axis direction of the coordinate system.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de réglage de la flexion et/ou de la position d'une traverse support de racle compensée en flexion par rapport à une bande de papier ou de carton. L'invention consiste à diviser la plage de déplacement de la traverse support de racle, c.-à-d. la plage spatiale où peut se mouvoir le point de référence de la traverse support, à l'aide d'éléments de compensation, et à l'intérieur de secteurs radiaux, de manière à ce que les directions d'action des éléments de compensation forment les limites de l'interface des secteurs radiaux de commande. Lorsqu'on souhaite déplacer la traverse support, on sélectionne un point fixe vers lequel doit se déplacer le point de référence de la traverse support. Lorsque la position du point fixe est établie, on détermine le secteur spécifique de commande qui constituera le secteur actif de commande. Pour effectuer la commande, on sélectionne les deux éléments de compensation dont les directions d'action sont essentiellement parallèles aux vecteurs limites du secteur actif de commande. La commande de flexion et/ou de position de la traverse support de racle se fait à l'aide de ces deux éléments de compensation dont l'un agit selon l'axe des X et l'autre selon l'axe des Y, du système de coordonnées
