The aim of the invention is to prepare the handover of telecommunication connections in a cellular telecommunications system having wireless telecommunication between mobile parts and base stations out of an uncoordinated unlicensed operation of the telecommunications system into a coordinated licensed operation of the telecommunications system and vice versa using low energy consumption of the mobile part and using a mobile part having less complex circuit engineering. To this end, an "Initial Monitoring" is carried out in the base station which supports the uncoordinated, unlicensed system operation.
L'invention vise à initialiser, dans un système de télécommunication cellulaire sans fil entre des parties mobiles et des stations de base, la retransmission de télécommunications, le système de télécommunication passant d'un fonctionnement sans licence non coordonné à un fonctionnement sous licence coordonné et inversement, avec une faible consommation d'énergie et une structure peu complexe de circuits de cette partie mobile. A cet effet, une surveillance initiale est effectuée dans la station de base assistant le fonctionnement du système sans licence non coordonné.
