A method of creating a codoped layer (18) includes creating a first layer (14) having a first dopant and at least one other layer (16) have another dopant, then interdiffusing the dopant to create a substantially homogeneous codoped layer. More than one dopant may be deposited in a single layer. The creating conditions may be optimized for each layer (14, 16). Further, when the creation of a layer includes sequential deposition and consolidation, conditions for each process may be optimized within the layer creation. While at least two layers (14, 16) are formed, the interdiffusion substantially eliminates any stratification or layer structure.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'obtenir une couche codopée, lequel procédé consiste à créer une première couche renfermant un premier dopant et au moins une autre couche renfermant un autre dopant, puis à provoquer l'interdiffusion des dopants de manière à créer une couche codopée sensiblement homogène. Il est possible de déposer plus d'un dopant dans une seule couche. Les conditions de création peuvent d'ailleurs être optimisées pour chaque couche. En outre, lorsque la création d'une couche passe par des phases de dépôt séquentiel et de consolidation, les conditions pour chaque procédé peuvent être optimisées au cours de la création de la couche. Lors de la formation de deux couches au moins, l'interdiffusion permet d'éliminer sensiblement toute stratification ou structure à plusieurs couches.
