Abstract of the disclosure: METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF A LIGHT SENSITIVE SUBSTANCE There is disclosed a method for determination of a light sensitive substance wherein irradiation of lumigenic substance-light sensitive substance solution with modulated light is used to generate short wavelength light proportionally to the concentration of the light sensitive substance. Synchronous detection allows high sensitivity. The method provides for diagnostic assays of greater simplicity and convenience.
