2141415 9427925 PCTABS00034 A process is disclosed whereby a sandy-argillaceous base material, for which waste moulding material is used, undergoes magnetic separation, crushing and sifting, the undersize product being removed and heat cured in an oxidizing environment at a predetermined temperature. The undersize and oversize products are then mixed with a binding agent and water in predetermined proportions to produce a raw mixture from which the artificial stone building blocks are formed by pressing followed by hardening.
L'invention concerne un procédé selon lequel un matériau de base sableux-argilacé, pour lequel on utilise un matériau de moulage résiduel, subit une séparation magnétique, un broyage et un criblage, les particules trop fines étant extraites et thermodurcies dans un environnement oxydant à une température prédéterminée. Les particules trop fines ou de taille excessive sont ensuite mélangées avec un agent liant et de l'eau dans des proportions prédéterminées, afin de produire un mélange brut à partir duquel les blocs de construction en pierre artificielle sont formés par pression, lesdits blocs étant ensuite durcis.
