A galvannealed steel sheet is manufactured by preparing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, alloying the steel sheet, and controlling time and temperature for alloying thereof depending on Si and Al contents. The hot-dip galvanized steel sheet contains 0. 05 to 0. 30% C, 0.01 to 2.0% Si, 0.08 to 3.0% Mn, 0.003 to 0.1% P, 0 to 0. 07% S, 0.01 to 2.5% Al, 0 to 0.007% N, by mass, and the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities. Alloying time and temperature are controlled by the formula [Si + Al >= 1.5 x 10-7 x t0-75 x(T - 465)3+ 0.117], where t is the total time (sec) of holding the sheet at 465 °C or more on alloying the coating layer thereon, and T is the average temperature (°C) of the sheet during the total time t (sec) of holding the steel sheet at 465°C or more on alloying the coating layer thereon.
Cette invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire une tôle en acier galvanisé à chaud au zinc allié, lequel procédé consiste à prendre une tôle en acier galvanisé à chaud au zinc, à soumettre cette tôle à un traitement d'alliage, et à réguler la durée et la température du traitement d'alliage en fonction de la teneur en Si et en Al. La tôle en acier galvanisé à chaud au zinc présente la composition chimique suivante exprimée en pourcentage massique : C : de 0,05 à 0,30 %, Si: de 0,01 à 2.0 %, Mn: de 0,08 à 3.0 %, P: de 0,003 à 0,1 %, S: de 0 à 0,07 %, Al: de 0,01 à 2.5 %, N: de 0 à 0,007 %, et le reste: Fe ainsi que des impuretés inévitables. De plus la durée et la température du traitement d'alliage sont régulées d'après la formule suivante: Si + Al = 1,5 x 10<-7> x t<0,75> x (T - 465)<3> + 0,117, dans cette formule, t représente la durée totale (sec) durant laquelle la tôle en acier est maintenue à une température égale ou supérieure à 465 DEG C et durant laquelle la couche de plaquage sur la tôle en acier est alliée, et T représente une température moyenne T ( DEG C) pendant la durée totale (sec) durant laquelle la tôle en acier est maintenue à une température égale ou supérieure à 465 DEG C et durant laquelle la couche de plaquage sur la tôle en acier est alliée.
