The invention relates to a method for obtaining a valuable product, particularly starch and/or protein, from grain flour, wherein i. the grain flour is mixed into a dough using fresh or process water, ii. the dough is divided into at least two fractions, particularly centrifugally into a heavy A starch fraction, a protein and B starch fraction (nozzle phase of the decanter), and a pentosan fraction, iii. the fractions obtained are used to produce biogas, which is used to generate energy, and iv. wherein the fraction used for the production of the biogas is subjected to at least one liquefaction step (step 505) and a phase separation (step 506), with the biogas being produced from the liquid phase of the phase separation.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'un produit de valeur, en particulier d'amidon et/ou de protéines, à partir d'une farine de céréale, selon lequel i. La farine de céréale est mélangée avec de l'eau fraîche ou de traitement pour donner une pâte, ii. la pâte est séparée en au moins deux fractions, en particulier par centrifugation en une fraction lourde d'amidon A, en une fraction de protéines et d'amidon B (phase de soufflage du décanteur) et en une fraction de pentosane, iii. du biogaz, qui est utilisé pour la production d'énergie, est produit à partir d'au moins une des fractions obtenues lors de la séparation de l'étape ii, et iv. la fraction utilisée pour la production de biogaz est soumise au moins à une étape de liquéfaction (étape 505) et à une séparation de phase (étape 506), le biogaz étant produit à partir de la phase liquide de la séparation de phases.
