Method for preparing a compound comprising protonated glucosamine and CI-, Na+ and SO42- ions, in which (a) glucosamine hydrochloride and a stoichiometric excess of sodium sulphate are placed in water, (b) the mixture obtained from the preceding step (a) is heated, (c) the mixture is cooled, and (d) the solid present in the said cooled mixture is recovered by filtration. Compound comprising protonated glucosamine and CI-, Na+ and SO42- ions and having the X- ray diffraction diagram of Fig. 1.
Procédé de préparation d'un composé contenant de la glucosamine protonée et des ions de CI?-¿, Na?+¿ et SO¿4??2-¿, selon lequel (a) de l'hydrochlorure de glucosamine et un excédent stoechiométrique de sulfate de sodium sont placés dans de l'eau, (b) le mélange obtenu à l'étape précédente (a) est chauffé, (c) le mélange est refroidi et (d) les solides présents dans le mélange refroidi sont récupérés par filtration. La présente invention concerne également le composé contenant de la glucosamine protonée et des ions de CI?-¿, Na?+¿ et SO¿4??2-¿ et présentant le diagramme de diffraction des rayons X de la fig. 1.
