The invention concerns a manufacturing method based on alkali and/or alkaline-earth and/or rare earth silicate(s), optionally in the form of mixed silicates associating at least two of said elements, the method comprising: (i) preferably a reaction converting (1) halides of said alkalis and/or alkaline-earths and/or rare earths, into corresponding sulphates, and (ii) a reaction converting (2) said sulphates with silica into corresponding silicates, the thermal input required for said conversion being supplied, at least partly, by a combustion reactor (3) using one or several immersed burner(s).
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de composés à base de silicate(s) d'alcalins et/ou d'alcalino-terreux et/ou de terres rares, éventuellement sous forme de silicates mixtes associant au moins deux de ces éléments, ledit procédé faisant intervenir: (i) de préférence une réaction de conversion (1) d'halogénures desdits alcalins et/ou desdites terres rares et/ou desdits alcalino-terreux, en sulfates correspondants, et (ii) une réaction de conversion (2) desdits sulfates avec de la silice en silicates correspondants, l'apport thermique nécessaire à cette conversion étant fourni, au moins en partie, par une réaction de combustion (3) utilisant un ou une pluralité de brûleur(s) immergé(s).
