The present invention relates to a binder for the production of bonded mineral wool, wherein a phenol-formaldehyde-binder is applied onto the still hot fibers after the fiberization of a mineral wool, using a binder that comprises hydroxylamine or an amino alcohol with the following general formula (I) wherein R1 and R2 are the same or different from each other, and independently are hydrogen, a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon with 1 -12 carbon atoms, a saturated or unsaturated alicyclic or heterocyclic hydrocarbon with 5-8 carbon atoms, a carbocyclic or heterocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon with 5 - 1 2 ring members or a chain-like or branched alyklether with 1 -50 alkoxy units or a chain-like or branched alkylamine with 1 -50 alkylamine units; and R3 is a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon with 1-12 carbon atoms, a saturated or unsaturated alicyclic or heterocyclic hydrocarbon with 5-8 carbon atoms, a carbocyclic or heterocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon with 5-12 ring members or a chain-like or branched alkylether with 1 -50 alkoxy units or a chain-like or branched alkylamine with 1-50 alkylamine units.
La présente invention concerne un liant destiné à la production de laine minérale agglomérée dans laquelle un liant-phénol-formaldéhyde est appliqué sur les fibres encore chaudes après la fibérisation d'une laine minérale, au moyen d'un liant qui comprend de l'hydroxylamine ou un amino-alcool représenté par la formule (I) dans laquelle R1 et R2 sont identiques ou différents l'un de l'autre, et représentent indépendamment hydrogène, un hydrocarbure aliphatique saturé ou non saturé, linéaire ou ramifié comprenant de 1 à 12 atomes de carbone, un hydrocarbure alicyclique ou hétérocyclique saturé ou non saturé comprenant de 5 à 8 atomes de carbone, un hydrocarbure aromatique carbocyclique ou hétérocyclique comprenant de 5 à 12 éléments annulaires ou un alkyléther de type chaîne ou ramifié comprenant de 1 à 50 unités alcoxy ou une alkylamine de type chaîne ou ramifiée comprenant de 1 à 50 unités alkylamine; et R3 représente un hydrocarbure aliphatique saturé ou non saturé, linéaire ou ramifié comprenant de 1 à 12 atomes de carbone, un hydrocarbure alicyclique ou hétérocyclique saturé ou non saturé comprenant de 5 à 8 atomes de carbone, un hydrocarbure aromatique carbocyclique ou hétérocyclique comprenant de 5 à 12 éléments annulaires ou un alkyléther de type chaîne ou ramifié comprenant de 1 à 50 unités alcoxy ou une alkylamine de type chaîne ou ramifiée comprenant de 1 à 50 unités alkylamine.
