The invention relates to a method for producing the flu virus, that comprises: a) administering a flu vaccine to hens; b) collecting the eggs of the vaccinated hens; c) triggering the embryogenesis process; d) infecting the embryonated eggs by inoculating a flu virus in the allantoic cavity; e) incubating the infected embryonated eggs in temperature and humidity conditions allowing the virus replication; and f) collecting the allantoic liquid containing the virus.
L'invention a pour objet un procédé de production du virus de la grippe selon lequel : a. On administre à des poules un vaccin contre la grippe, b. on prélève les ufs des poules vaccinées, c. on déclenche le processus d'embryogenèse, d. on infecte les ufs embryonnés en inoculant un virus de la grippe dans la cavité allantoïque, e. on incube les ufs embryonnés infectés dans des conditions de température et d'humidité qui permettent la réplication du virus et, f. on récolte le liquide allantoïque contenant le virus.
