The invention relates to a method for producing polymer-coated metal foils, comprising the following steps: (a) a base layer (7) is applied to a carrier foil (3) by means of a dispersion (5) containing particles that can be electroless-plated or electroplated in a matrix material; (b) the matrix material is at least partially dried and/or at least partially hardened; (c) a metal layer (19) is formed on the base layer (7) by subjecting the base layer (7) containing the particles that can be electroless-plated or electroplated to an electroless plating or electroplating process; (d) a polymer (23) is applied to the metal layer (19). The invention further relates to a use of the polymer-coated metal foil produced according to the invention for manufacturing printed circuit boards.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de réalisation de feuilles de métal à revêtement polymère, comprenant les opérations suivantes : (a) application d'une couche de base (7) sur une feuille de support (3) avec une dispersion (5) qui contient des particules pouvant être appliquées sous forme de couche sans courant et/ou par galvanisation, dans une matière matricielle; (b) séchage au moins partiel et/ou durcissement au moins partiel de la matière matricielle; (c) formation d'une couche métallique (19) sur la couche de base (7) par revêtement sans courant et/ou galvanisation de la couche de base (7) contenant les particules pouvant être appliquées sous forme de couche sans courant et/ou par galvanisation; (d) application d'un polymère (23) sur la couche métallique (19). L'invention a également pour objet une utilisation de la feuille de métal à revêtement polymère réalisée selon le procédé, pour la réalisation de cartes de circuits imprimés.
