The invention concerns a method whereby fine metal threads are drawn in the form of continuous filaments from die(s), then joined into yarn(s) which are gathered, the method consisting in depositing a first stable composition, having a viscosity between 0.5 and 250 cP, on the filaments, in depositing a second stable composition brought separately, having a viscosity between 0.5 and 300 cP, on the filaments or yarns, at the earliest when the first composition is deposited and at the latest when they are gathered, the difference of viscosity between the compositions being less than 150 cP, the mixture of compositions having further, the functions of sizing and polymerising at room temperature.
L'invention concerne un procédé selon lequel on étire des filets de verre fondu sous la forme de filaments continus à partir de filière(s), puis on les rassemble en fil(s) que l'on collecte, ce procédé consistant à déposer une première composition stable, de viscosité entre 0.5 et 250 cP, sur les filaments, à déposer une seconde composition stable amenée séparément, de viscosité entre 0.5 et 300 cP, sur les filaments ou fils, au plus tôt lors du dépôt de la première composition et au plus tard lors de la collecte, l'écart de viscosité entre les compositions étant inférieur à 150 cP, le mélange des compositions présentant, en outre, les fonctions d'un ensimage et polymérisant à température ambiante.
