The invention relates to a method for production of absorbent articles having the shape of pants, said method comprising the following production steps : providing individual absorption cores (109; 409; 609), securing the absorption cores (109; 409; 609) to an elastic material web (101, 105; 401, 408; 601") which is advanced continuously in a direction of travel, assembling the individual articles to form a pants shape, cutting out individual articles (104; 404; 604) each comprising an absorption core (109; 409; 609) and a piece of the elastic material web (101, 105; 401, 408; 601"), the cutting-out step and assembling step giving each article (104; 404; 604) two leg openings (114; 414; 614) and a waist opening (124; 424; 624). The elastic material web (101, 105; 401, 408; 601") has an elastic extensibility in the direction of travel of at least 80%, and preferably ate least 100%, and the elastic material web (101, 105; 401, 408;601") during production is stretched a maximum of 5% in the direction of travel of the material web (101, 105; 401, 408; 601").
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'articles absorbants possédant la forme de culotte, ledit procédé consistant à produire des noyaux d'absorption individuels (109, 409, 609), à fixer lesdits noyaux d'absorption (109, 409, 609) sur une bande de matière élastique (101, 105, 401, 408, 601'') qui est avancée continuellement dans un sens d'acheminement, à assembler les articles individuels pour former une forme de culotte, à découper des articles individuels (104, 404, 604) comprenant respectivement un noyau d'absorption (109, 409, 609) et une pièce de bande de matière élastique (101, 105, 401, 408, 601''), ladite étape de découpe et d'assemblage conférant à chaque article (124, 424, 604) deux ouvertures pour les jambes (114, 414, 614) et une ouverture pour la taille (124, 424, 604). La bande de matière élastique (101, 105, 401, 408, 601'') possède une extensibilité élastique dans le sens de l'acheminement d'au moins 80 %, et de préférence d'au moins 100 %, et la bande de matière élastique (101, 105, 401, 408, 601'') au cours de la production est étirée à un maximum de 5 % dans le sens d'acheminement de la bande de matière (101, 105, 401, 408, 601'').
