A method for producing an organic solvent dispersion of an intrinsically conductive polymer which comprises a step of deionizing an aqueous colloidal dispersion of an intrinsically conductive polymer by the passing of liquid, thereby clearing the intrinsically conductive polymer of cations adhering thereto, and a subsequent step of substitu water in the aqueous colloidal dispersion by an organic solvent. This method permits easy production of an organic solvent dispersion of an intrinsically conductive polymer which can be applied to various uses as electrode materials, antistatic agents. UV light absorbers, heat ray absorbers, electromagnetic wave absorbers, sensors, electrolyte for electrolytic capacitors, and electrodes for secondary batteries.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une dispersion de polymère intrinsèquement conducteur dans un solvant organique comprenant une phase de traitement d'enlèvement ionique consistant à soumettre une dispersion colloïdale aqueuse d'un polymère intrinsèquement conducteur à un traitement d'enlèvement ionique en utilisant un procédé de pénétration liquide, pour ainsi retirer un cation adsorbé sur le polymère intrinsèquement conducteur ci-dessus, et à la suite de cette phase de traitement d'enlèvement ionique, une phase de substitution de solvant consistant à remplacer un solvant organique par l'eau de la dispersion colloïdale aqueuse ci-dessus. Le procédé ci-dessus peut servir à produire, avec facilité, une dispersion de polymère intrinsèquement conducteur dans un solvant organique que l'on utilise dans diverses applications comme un matériau d'électrode, un agent antistatique, un agent absorbant les rayons ultraviolets, un agent absorbant les rayons de chaleur, un agent absorbant les ondes électromagnétiques, un capteur, un électrolyte pour condensateur électrolytique et une électrode pour une cellule secondaire.
