The invention relates to a method for the catalytic hydroprocessing of heavy petroleum hydrocarbons with a high concentration of contaminants (metals and asphaltenes), which is performed at low-pressure operating conditions, together with the type of reactor and the type of feedstock. The invention limits the formation of sediments and sludge in the product and can be used to produce a hydrotreated hydrocarbon with improved properties and with contaminant, API gravity and distillate levels which fall within the ranges commonly reported for standard feedstock for refining schemes.
La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé d'hydrotraitement catalytique d'hydrocarbures lourds provenant du pétrole ayant une forte teneur en polluants (métaux et asphaltènes) fonctionnant dans des conditions opérationnelles à basse pression en combinaison avec le type de réacteur et le type de charge d'alimentation, ce qui limite la formation de sédiments et de boues dans le produit. On obtient ainsi un hydrocarbure hydrotraité ayant des propriétés améliorées et des niveaux réduits de polluants, un degré API et des distillats dans les intervalles normalement rapportés dans des charges typiques d'alimentation aux schémas de raffinage.
