The invention relates to a method for the production of dyestuff pastes, whereby a component containing dyestuff particles is dispersed in a binder. According to the invention, the dispersion process is controlled by irradiation of exciting light of a particular wavelength range into a mixture of the components containing the dyestuff particles and the binder, the light which is transmitted, reflected and/or scattered by the mixture is detected and a sample spectrum determined. The sample spectrum is analyzed and characteristic values for the dyestuff paste determined. Changes in the sample spectrum are monitored with time and the dispersion process interrupted on reaching given set values.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de pâtes d'impression, consistant à disperser dans un liant un composant contenant des particules de matière colorante. Selon ce procédé, le processus de dispersion est dirigé de la manière suivante : un mélange comprenant le liant et le composant contenant des particules de matière colorante est exposé à une lumière d'excitation d'une gamme de longueurs d'onde déterminée, la lumière transmise, réfléchie et/ou dispersée par le mélange est détectée et un spectre témoin est déterminé. Ce spectre témoin est ensuite analysé et des valeurs caractéristiques relatives à la pâte d'impression sont déterminées. Des variations du spectre témoin sont contrôlées avec le temps et le processus de dispersion est interrompu lorsque des valeurs de consigne prédéterminées sont atteintes.
