A method of evaluating performance of an activation gas deactivating an antigenic substance including the steps of causing the antigenic substance and the activation gas to react with each other to obtain a processed antigenic substance, and causing an antibody against the antigenic substance with the processed antigenic substance to measure binding activity of the processed antigenic substance with the antibody is provided, whereby an evaluation method that can accurately and easily evaluate performance of an activation gas deactivating an antigenic substance is provided.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'évaluer l'effet d'un gaz activé sur l'inactivation d'une substance antigénique. Ce procédé comprend une étape (S101) consistant à faire réagir la substance antigénique avec le gaz activé afin de produire une substance antigénique traitée, et une étape (S103) consistant à faire réagir l'anticorps avec la substance antigénique traité et à mesurer l'activité de liaison avec l'anticorps de la substance antigénique traitée. Ce procédé permet une évaluation précise et aisée de l'effet d'inactivation de divers gaz activés sur diverses substances antigéniques.
