The invention relates to a method of heating glass panels (3) for tempering. The horizontal glass panels (3) are heated in a lehr (4) by upper and lower convection blast and by upper and lower radiation heating, information representing a load of the glass panels (3) and used for the control and/or regulation of heating is read, the upper radiation heating is controlled and/or regulated in the way of a matrix by a profiling both in a conveying direction and in a direction lateral thereto. At least the upper convection blast is controlled and/or regulated in various sections of the lehr (4) in the way of a matrix by a profiling both in a conveying direction (K) and a direction lateral thereto, and that the relative blast effects of convection blowing elements (7a) successive in the conveying direction are regulated for a profiling in the conveying direction. The invention relates also to an apparatus applying the method.
L'invention concerne un procédé de chauffage de plaques de verre (3) pour trempe. Les plaques de verre horizontales (3) sont chauffées dans une étenderie (4) sous l'action d'un souffle de convection supérieur et inférieur et par chauffage radiatif inférieur. Les informations correspondant à une charge des plaques de verre (3) et utilisées pour la commande et/ou la régulation du chauffage sont lues. Le chauffage radiatif supérieur est commandé et/ou régulé à la manière d'une matrice par profilage à la fois dans une direction de transport et dans une direction latérale. Au moins le souffle de convection supérieur est commandé et/ou régulé dans diverses sections de l'étenderie (4) à la manière d'une matrice par un profilage à la fois dans une direction de transport (K) et dans une direction latérale. Les effets relatifs du souffle des éléments de convection soufflants (7a) successifs dans la direction d'acheminement sont régulés en vue d'un profilage dans la direction de transport. L'invention concerne par ailleurs un dispositif d'application de ce procédé.
