Methods and apparatus for lift-off microstructuring deposition material, here alternate hydrophilic (601) and hydrophobic (602) letters, on a substrate; a method comprising deposition of polymeric material by plasma polymerisation deposition of monomers of substituted benzenes, (halo)aliphatic compounds, or a combination thereof; another method comprising deposition of polymeric material by plasma polymerisation deposition of monomers of vinyls, substituted vinyls, acrylics, silanes, and phosphites, or a combination thereof; still another method comprising deposition of polymeric material by plasma polymerisation deposition of monomers wherein said plasma is generated by a multiple phase AC supply, or DC supply; and substrates and devices prepared by lift-off microstructuring using plasma polymerisation deposition of monomers according to such methods. Scale A indicates about 100 µ.
L'invention concerne des procédés et un appareil destinés au dépôt de matériau et à une microstructuration par décollement, ici de lettres alternativement hydrophiles (601) et hydrophobes (602), sur un substrat. Un premier procédé consiste à déposer un matériau polymérique par dépôt avec polymérisation par plasma de monomères de benzènes substitués, de composés (halo)aliphatiques, ou d'une combinaison des deux. Un deuxième procédé consiste à déposer un matériau polymérique par dépôt avec polymérisation par plasma de monomères de vinyles, de vinyles substitués, d'acryliques, de silanes et de phosphites, ou d'une combinaison de ces composés. Un troisième procédé consiste à déposer un matériau polymérique par dépôt avec polymérisation par plasma de monomères dans lequel le plasma est produit par une alimentation électrique continue ou alternative à phases multiples. L'invention concerne aussi des substrats et des dispositifs préparés par microstructuration par décollement utilisant un dépôt avec polymérisation par plasma de monomères selon de tels procédés. L'échelle A indique environ 100 µ.
