The invention relates to a chemical method that enables the direct design of a pattern on an organic substrate having semiconductor-, superconductor- or metallic-type conducting properties. The invention also relates to the organic material thus obtained, which is intended for use in electronic devices, such as resistors, capacitors, transistors, sensors or electrodes among others, or for use in other applications requiring a determined pattern of conductor or semiconductor zones and less-conducting, non-conducting or insulating zones.
La présente invention concerne un procédé chimique permettant de concevoir directement un patron sur un substrat organique possédant des propriétés conductrices de type semi-conductrices, supraconductrices ou métalliques. L'invention concerne également le matériau organique ainsi obtenu, destiné à être appliqué, notamment, sur des dispositifs électroniques, tels que des résistances, des condensateurs, des transistors, des capteurs ou des électrodes, parmi les plus courants, ou utilisé dans d'autres applications dans lesquelles il est nécessaire d'avoir un patron déterminé de zones conductrices ou semi-conductrices par rapport à des zones moins conductrices ou non conductrice ou isolantes.
