To provide a method of generating, with good reproducibility and ease and without complicated operations, scorodite which satisfies the elution standard (in accordance with Notification of No.13 of Japanese Environment Agency) and which has good filterbility and stability for processing arsenic contained in a diarsenic trioxide form. A method of processing diarsenic trioxide, including: a leaching step of adding water to diarsenic trioxide to produce slurry, heating the slurry, and leaching arsenic while adding an oxidant to obtain leachate; a deoxidization step of removing the oxidant so as to obtain an adjusted solution; and a crystallizing step of converting arsenic in the adjusted solution to scorodite crystal.

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement de l'arsenic présent sous la forme de trioxyde de diarsenic, lequel satisfait aux normes d'élution (selon la notification n° 13 de l'agence pour l'environnement), garantit l'excellence de la filtration et peut former de la scorodite stable aisément avec une reproductibilité élevée sans aucune opération complexe. Ledit procédé de traitement du trioxyde de diarsenic comprend : une étape de lixiviation consistant à ajouter de l'eau à du trioxyde de diarsenic pour former une suspension épaisse, chauffer la suspension épaisse et lixivier l'arsenic tout en y ajoutant un agent oxydant pour obtenir de cette manière un jus de lixiviation ; une étape de désoxydation consistant à enlever tout agent oxydant restant dans le jus de lixiviation pour obtenir de cette manière un liquide de préparation ; et une étape de cristallisation consistant à convertir l'arsenic contenu dans le liquide de préparation en cristaux de scorodite.
