An immunodeficient mouse (NOG mouse) suitable for the take, differentiation and proliferation of heterogeneous cells; and a method of constructing such a mouse. This mouse is obtained by back crossing an NOD/Shi mouse with a C.B-17- scid mouse, and further crossing a thus obtained mouse with an interleukin 2- receptor .gamma.-chain gene-knockout mouse. It is usable in construction a human antibody, a stem cell assay system, and construction of a tumor model and a virus-infection model.
L'invention concerne une souris immunodéficiente (souris NOG) adaptée pour la prise, la différentiation et la prolifération de cellules hétérogènes, ainsi qu'une méthode permettant d'obtenir ce type de souris. Cette méthode consiste à effectuer un croisement en retour d'une souris NOD/Shi avec une souris C.B-17-scid, puis à croiser cette souris avec une souris knockout pourvue de la chaîne gamma du récepteur de l'interleukine 2. Cette souris peut être utilisée dans l'obtention d'un anticorps humain, dans un système d'analyse de cellules souches et dans la construction d'un modèle tumoral et d'un modèle d'infection virale.
