Methods are provided for manufacturing turbine disks each having a hub (102) surrounded by a rim (104), the hub (102) having a first microstructure and the rim (104) having a second microstructure that is coarser than the first microstructure, the methods employing a first powder alloy having a first gamma prime solvus temperature and a second powder alloy having a second gamma prime solvus temperature that is less than the first gamma prime solvus temperature. One method includes the steps of forming an ingot (200) from the first and second powder alloys, the ingot (200) having an inner section (202) having the first microstructure and an outer section (204) having a microstructure that is less coarse than the second microstructure, and exposing the ingot (200) to a temperature between the first and second gamma prime solvus temperatures while forming the ingot (200) into a plurality of turbine disks (100) to transform the microstructure of the outer section (204) into the second microstructure.

La présente invention concerne des procédés pour réaliser des disques de turbine présentant un moyeu (102) entouré par une jante (104), le moyeu (102) ayant une première microstructure et la jante (104) ayant une seconde microstructure qui est plus grossière que la première, les procédés faisant intervenir un premier alliage poudreux ayant une première température de solvus primaire gamma, et un second alliage poudreux ayant une seconde température de solvus primaire gamma qui est inférieure à la première température de solvus primaire gamma. Un procédé comprend: la formation d'un lingot (200) à partir de premier et du second alliage poudreux, le lingot (200) ayant une section intérieure (202) qui présente la première microstructure, et une section extérieure (204) qui présente une microstructure qui est moins grossière que la seconde microstructure; et l'exposition du lingot (200) à une température comprise entre la première et la seconde température de solvus primaire gamma, tout en mettant le lingot (200) sous la forme d'une pluralité de disques de turbine (100) pour convertir la microstructure de la section extérieure (204) en la seconde microstructure.
