The present invention relates to cell and tissue culture. In particular, the present invention provides a method for preparing an organotypic culture using dissociated cells or microexplants obtained from an animal organ. The method for preparing an organotypic culture comprises culturing cells from an organ on a surface characterised in that the cells are compacted. The invention further relates to a high-throughput method for the preparation of a collection of organotypic cultures. The invention further relates to a device for carrying out a method of organotypic culture according to the invention.

L'invention concerne en particulier un procédé de préparation d'une culture organotypique au moyen de cellules ou de microexplants dissociés obtenus à partir d'un organe animal. Le procédé de préparation d'une culture organotypique consiste à cultiver des cellules issues d'un organe sur une surface, et est caractérisé en ce que les cellules sont compactées. L'invention concerne également un procédé à haut rendement pour la préparation d'une collection de cultures organotypiques. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif permettant de mettre en oeuvre un procédé de préparation de culture organotypique de l'invention.
