The invention relates to a method for repairing or reworking a turbomachine disk comprising, on its rim, at least one exterior radial tab with an axial bore to accommodate an axial stud comprising a head and a shank with a threaded portion, the stud being slipped into the bore in such a way that the head presses against one face of the tab by the tightening of a nut on the threaded shank portion against the opposite face of the tab, the said stud forming a means of keeping a tab secured to a part attached to the rim. It is characterized in that a counterbore (123B; 223B; 323B) is machined in the tab around the bore (123A; 223A; 323A) corresponding to the wearing zone, and a replacement stud (100) that has a flange (111A) is fitted bearing against the surface of the said counterbore, of a diameter greater than that of the head (111).
L'invention porte sur un procédé de réparation ou de reprise d'un disque de turbomachine comprenant sur sa jante au moins une patte radiale extérieure avec un alésage axial de réception d'un pion axial comprenant une tête et une tige avec une portion filetée, le pion étant glissé dans l'alésage de façon que la tête vienne en appui sur une face de la patte par serrage d'un écrou sur la tige à portion filetée contre la face opposée de la patte, ledit pion formant un moyen de retenu d'une patte solidaire d'une pièce rapportée sur la jante. Il est caractérisé par le fait que l'on usine un lamage (123B; 223B; 323B) dans la patte autour de l'alésage (123A; 223A; 323A) correspondant à la zone d'usure, et on dispose un pion de remplacement (100) comprenant une collerette (111A) en appui sur la surface dudit lamage, de diamètre supérieur à celui de la tête (111).
