It is intended to provide a method of selecting an IL-2 production inhibitor and/or an immunocompetent cell proliferation inhibitor with little GATA-1 production inhibitory activity which comprises measuring the HDAC4 and/or HDAC8 inhibitory activity of a test substance; and a method of selecting an immunosuppressant with little platelet-reducing effect which comprises measuring the HDAC4 and/or HDAC8 inhibitory activity of a test HDAC inhibitor.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de sélection d'un inhibiteur de la production d'IL-2 et/ou d'un inhibiteur immunocompétent de la prolifération cellulaire présentant une faible activité de production de GATA-1, et qui consiste à mesurer l'activité inhibitrice d'une substance à l'essai sur le HDAC4 et/ou le HDAC8. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de sélection d'un immunosuppresseur à faible effet réducteur des plaquettes qui consiste à mesurer l'activité inhibitrice d'un inhibiteur du HDAC à l'essai sur le HDAC4 et/ou le HDAC8.
