The present invention comprises methods and compositions for a human with ovarian cancer. More specifically, the method comprises administration of a taxane composition over a 96 hour infusion schedule. Importantly, the method of administration allows for reduction of side effects and reduces the chances of multidrug resistance to taxanes.
