The invention provides methods of increasing the production of polypeptides, optionally recombinant polypeptides, from mammalian cells using xanthine derivatives or hybrid polar compounds and cultures containing the same. Combinations of inducers including a hybrid polar compound and/or a xanthine derivative and/or an alkanoic acid can also be used, optionally at temperatures less than 37~C.
L'invention concerne des procédés d'augmentation de la production de polypeptides, éventuellement de polypeptides de recombinaison, à partir de cellules de mammifères à l'aide de dérivés de xanthine ou des composés polaires hybrides et des cultures contenant ces derniers. L'invention traite de combinaisons d'inducteurs comprenant un composé polaire hybride et/ou un dérivé de xanthine et/ou un acide alcanoïde peut également être utilisé, éventuellement à des températures inférieures à 37 ·C.
