Metrifonate-containing medicament A b s t r a c t A metrifonate-containing medicament has been found which contains the (-)-enantiomeric metrifonate as the sole active compound. (-)-Metrifonate has a considerably better cholinesterase-inhibiting action than the racemate. As a result, the amount of active compound can be decreased and e.g. the size of the tablet reduced.
