The present invention relates to a mobile inorganic recycling process and apparatus. In the preferred embodiment, the invention includes two vehicles, a first of which is utilized to receive hazardous wastes and mix them with treating chemicals and a second of which is provided to fixate the hazardous wastes into end products which are usable by consumers. The fixating vehicle includes a sophisticated scrubber designed to render inoffensive the hazardous gases which are created as a result of the process carried out in the vehicles. The inventive system is useful in converting all hazardous inorganic wastes into end products which do not include any hazardous aspect.
