A multi-composition stick product (10), such as a lip balm, sun screen, deodorant, or glue stick. The multi-composition stick product (10) including a stick composition (14) molded in the container (12) so as to contact the walls thereof and be advanceable or ejected therefrom. The stick composition (14) includes a first composition and a second composition. The first and second compositions differ in at least one component, such as a medicament, colorant, fragrance, flavorant, sunscreen, preservative, conditioner, moisturizer, emollient, or surfactant. Furthermore the first and second compositions are arranged in a predetermined non-random pattern that is reproducible. Also described is the method and apparatus for manufacturing the multi-composition stick product (10).
Produit composite en bâton (10), tel qu'un baume pour les lèvres, un écran total, un déodorant ou un bâton de colle. Ce produit (10) comprend une composition (14) de bâton moulé dans son contenant (10), de manière à venir en contact avec les parois de ce dernier et en être poussé vers l'extérieur ou éjecté. Cette composition (14) comprend une première composition et une deuxième composition. Cette première et cette deuxième composition diffèrent d'au moins un constituant, tel qu'un médicament, un colorant, un parfum, un arôme, un écran solaire, un conservateur, un agent de traitement, un humidificateur, un émollient ou un tensioactif. De plus, cette première et cette deuxième composition sont disposées selon une configuration prédéterminée non aléatoire et reproductible. L'invention concerne également le procédé et le dispositif servant à fabriquer ce produit composite en bâton (10).
