- 19 - MULTIMEDIA INTERACTIVE BETTING GAME TERMINAL ABSTRACT Game terminal comprising at least one video monitor (35) having a touch-sensitive screen with which is associated a memory (20) adapted to receive at least image data, and a central unit (45) for processing the game applications which may be selected on the touch-sensitive screen (12), and corresponding operation programs. The memory (20) is a single memory space for the storage of compressed data of images, programs, and game applications. The terminal further comprises an access controller (21) adapted to select the data stored in the memory space and switch this data to means (31, 32) for processing data of images, programs and applications (47), respectively associated with the video monitor (35) and with means (33) for multiplexing the image data. Means (30) for decompressing in real-time are interposed between the access controller (21) and the image data processing means (31, 32). Figure 4.
